What you will do:
- Ensure the safeguarding of young people within the Leaving Care and UASC sector with personalised and targeted interventions.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to develop care and pathway plans tailored to individual needs and aspirations.
- Build trusting relationships with young people empowering them to achieve independence while providing emotional and practical support.
- Advocate for young people ensuring their voices are heard and represented in decisions affecting their lives.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
You should possess a degree or equivalent qualification in social work and have an active registration with Social Work England.
