Oxfordshire Mind is seeking a Housing Support and Recovery Worker to provide flexible, proactive support to residents in Oxfordshire housing projects. You will promote recovery and independence, working within a positive risk framework and traveling between sites as needed.
The role requires experience with mental health issues, knowledge of housing, and strong communication, teamwork and initiative to help residents set and achieve personal wellbeing goals.
