The client values collaboration, so they require staff to be in their Oxford City Centre office 5 days per week. As this is a full‑time, in‑office role, we are looking for candidates who are already established in Oxford or the surrounding Oxfordshire area.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work across the full product stack, from backend services and data modelling through to polished, user‑facing applications. You’ll be joining a small, highly collaborative team where your ideas matter, your work has a visible impact, and you’ll help shape both the product and the engineering culture from day one.

This is not a role where you’ll disappear into a narrow part of the stack. You’ll have real ownership, work closely with senior engineers, and help shape a product being used and improved in real time. The team values craftsmanship, stability, practical problem‑solving, and using AI as a serious engineering advantage, not a gimmick. If you’re someone who enjoys building meaningful products in a fast‑moving environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact.
