We are partnered with a high-growth UK SaaS technology company building digital products that help commercial teams better understand and engage their customers. As they scale their customer‑facing platforms, they need an experienced Software Development Manager to shape engineering standards and lead the next phase of platform evolution.

The platform has evolved from a Microsoft / C# / .NET foundation to a modern stack:
NestJS / NodeJS
, Vue
, Redis
, SQL Server
, and Snowflake
. Candidates with a strong .NET background who have transitioned to modern JavaScript/Type Script ecosystems are encouraged to apply.

Up to £100,000 + benefits.

• Significant experience in a SaaS or product‑led environment
• Strong hands‑on software engineering experience (C#/.NET or modern JS/TS stacks)
• Proven leadership of engineering teams
• Experience building and operating systems at scale
• Solid understanding of automated testing and QA practices
• Familiarity with modern Dev Ops approaches
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Ability to quickly pick up new tools and solve complex problems

• Balance people leadership, technical direction, and delivery performance
• Ensure teams build maintainable, secure, and high‑performing systems
• Shape engineering standards and drive platform evolution
