We are partnering with a rapidly scaling, PE-backed public safety tech business that is looking to hire a talented Senior C# Engineer to join their expanding team. As a Senior C# Engineer, you will lead the transition from bespoke, point-to-point integrations to a highly scalable, reusable platform.

This isn t a restrictive, pigeon-holed integration role. First and foremost, we need a high-calibre Senior C# Engineer who loves building elegant backend systems. As the lead Senior C# Engineer in this domain, you will own the technical strategy, build the core platform patterns, and establish the standards that every other engineering team in the business will build upon. Once these platforms are in place, your role as a Senior C# Engineer will naturally expand into the core engineering team, giving you massive long-term career progression.

• Deep .NET Expertise: You must be a proven Senior C# Engineer with a track record of building and operating production backend systems in modern .NET (6+).
