I’m recruiting for an Embedded Systems Engineer to join a growing quantum technology company developing advanced RF sensing and communications systems.

You’ll develop the embedded Linux, control, data‑acquisition and communications platforms underpinning next‑generation quantum products.

• Develop embedded Linux software for Xilinx FPGA So Cs
• Build Linux distributions using Yocto or Buildroot
• Develop BSPs, device trees and low‑level drivers
• Support board bring‑up, integration and debugging
• Develop C/C++, Rust and Python software
• Integrate FPGAs, microcontrollers, sensors and communications hardware

• Embedded Linux development on FPGA SoC platforms
• Yocto, Buildroot or similar
• C or C++ development
• Linux kernels, bootloaders, device trees and drivers
• Xilinx FPGA platforms and Vivado
• Board bring‑up and hardware integration
• Python and Git

Experience with Rust, VHDL, Verilog, DSP, RF systems or high‑speed data acquisition would be advantageous.

This role would suit an Embedded Systems Engineer, Embedded Linux Engineer, FPGA Software Engineer or Yocto Engineer interested in advanced quantum and RF technologies.
