University of Oxford seeks an experienced bioinformatician to join a multidisciplinary team at the interface of academia and industry. You will work on histopathological and omics analyses from a Takeda-sponsored clinical study and develop novel computational pipelines for integrating omics data with other datasets.
You will hold a PhD with a strong computational focus and expertise in single-cell and spatial multi-omics, plus experience in machine learning, Python and R.
