Job Overview

We’re looking for energetic delivery drivers to join our Customer Service Team at Ocado Logistics. You will deliver quality goods on time, helping to create an outstanding customer experience.

• Deliver groceries and other goods to customers using our automated technology for route planning.

• Work evenings, weekends, and weekdays; shifts vary from early morning to midnight.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain vehicle integrity.

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum 6 months driving experience (12 desirable)
• Maximum 6 penalty points
• No disqualifications in the past 5 years
• Must be over 18 for alcohol deliveries
• Good communication skills essential

Permanent, 40 hours per week (including paid breaks). Flexibility: any 5 days of 7 working days, 8‑hour shifts.

AM & PM, start as early as 05:30, finish as late as 12:00. Rota available up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay is lunar – paid every 4 weeks. Base hourly rates:

• Monday to Saturday (Basic) £12.78
• Evening Premium (≥ 18:00) £1.12
• Sunday Day Premium £1.28
• Sunday Evening Premium £2.51
• Overtime Monday to Saturday (Day) £15.98
• Overtime Monday to Saturday (Evening) £17.38

Shift premiums allow an average hourly rate of £13.25, with opportunity to stack earnings.
