Fifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Drivers in Oxford to work with our client, who provides cost-effective commercial and public sector facilities management across Oxfordshire.

Monday to Friday working
Shift times are AM Shift: 05:00 - 13:00 - PM Shift: 12:30 - 19:00

• Driving and operating a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle
• Working alongside loaders on residential and commercial routes
• Assisting with moving wheelie bins when required
• Working safely and professionally at all times
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
• Completing digital paperwork via tablet systems
• Working in line with WTD, drivers’ hours and waste duty of care

You will have had your Class 2 Driving Licence for 6 months and have at least 90 days recorded driving in the last 6 months. You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
