The RoleAs a Warehouse Assistant, you will be an integral part of the logistics team, ensuring that all campuses receive the necessary supplies to operate seamlessly. Your primary responsibility will be to pick and pack boxes for delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role is crucial in setting up the summer schools for success, providing the backbone that allows campuses to thrive.
MainResponsibilities
- Assist with the unloading/loading of supplier vehicles, ensuring all items are accounted for with corresponding paperwork.
- Ensure stock is stored correctly in designated locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately.
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse working area.
- Observe and practice all Health & Safety protocols at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the team to solve problems and ensure smooth operations.
- Take initiative in organising and methodically approaching tasks.
- Display flexibility and a 'can do' attitude, especially during busy summer months.
Applicants should be comfortable working in warehouse environments and physically capable of lifting heavy loads. A team player with an organised and methodical approach to work is essential. Proficiency in understanding and implementing Health & Safety requirements is crucial. Candidates should also demonstrate a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
Required- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or stock taking.
- Clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as required.
- Fixed-term contract until August 28th 2026.
- 40 hours per week.
Oxford, Kidlington, Bicester, Witney, Banbury, Abingdon, Didcot.
