Your key responsibilities:

* Safely and efficiently carry out HGV shunting duties within the site yard

* Occasionally transport goods on the road with a maximum of 3-5 drop-offs per day

* Perform thorough vehicle safety checks before and after shifts to ensure compliance

* Collaborate with the logistics team to maintain smooth yard operations

* Adhere strictly to health and safety policies and driving regulations at all times

* Report any vehicle faults or incidents promptly to management

* Maintain accurate records and delivery documentation as required

What we’re looking for:

* Valid HGV Class 1 licence with a clean driving record

* Proven experience in shunting and multi-drop driving roles

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

* Strong focus on safety and compliance in all duties

* Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude

* Flexible approach to working primarily in Oxford, with occasional local travel
