Van Controller

Overview

As a Van Controller within GSF Car Parts, you will play a key role in ensuring our sales promise by coordinating delivery runs and maintaining high customer service standards.

Average 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with mandatory alternate Saturdays.

• Manage and motivate a driver team.
• Coordinate delivery runs and orders in the most cost-effective way.
• Ensure vans deliver on time.
• Control and coordinate branch fleet maintenance and servicing.
• Guarantee the delivery team meets the branch’s customer-service standards.

• Proven track record of managing a driver team and coordinating delivery runs.
• Experience motivating a diverse team.
• Customer-focused, driven to achieve and willing to go the extra mile.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop others.
• Valid driving licence held for a minimum of three years.
• Geographical knowledge of the area within a 40‑mile radius.
