Warehouse Coordinator

I am supporting a leading medidcal equipment manufacturing company as they continue to expand their team. They are seeking a logistics warehouse coordinator to join a growing team and ongoing project, supporting cutting-edge life science projects.

Experience
: 2-3 years working in a warehouse or storeroom.

Start Date: ASAP.

Role: 6 Month contract position with possibility for extension into permanent role subject to performance and role availability.

The coordinator will receive goods from suppliers and others stock locations into the storeroom, transfer items using the stock transfer order (STO) process, maintain accurate inventory records in SAP across all warehouse locations and assist in cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support quarterly audit readiness. The role also includes picking and packing of items for dispatch and ensuring all goods are appropriately handled, labelled and stored in a safe manner.

• 2-3 years’ experience working in a warehouse or storeroom.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems – preferably SAP.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• High level of attention to detail.
• IT literate with strong MS Office.
• A-Levels or equivalent minimum.

• Receiving goods from suppliers and other stock locations into the Store Room
• Picking and packing of items for dispatch
• Transferring the items using the Stock Transfer Order (STO) process
• Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP across all warehouse locations
• Assist in cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support quarterly audit readiness
• Ensure that all goods in the Store Room are appropriately handled, labelled, and stored in a safe manner.
