The Role We are recruiting for an Assistant Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and growing operation based in Carnforth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up into a leadership-focused role within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse, working closely with a team of 6 to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

The role is based in an active warehouse and yard environment. Work may involve handling materials that can leave clothing and footwear dirty, so applicants should be comfortable working in these conditions.
