As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Senior Warehouse Developer to support the smooth running of our warehouse operations while helping to guide and support the wider warehouse team when the Warehouse Manager is not available.

• Stock Control:
  Checking, booking in and replenishing stock accurately.
• Order Fulfilment:
  Picking, packing and dispatching orders efficiently and accurately.
• Inventory Management:
  Supporting stock takes and helping maintain excellent stock accuracy.
• Team Support:
  Assisting Warehouse Assistants, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and to agreed timescales.
• Compliance:
  Supporting ISO accreditation activities, Health & Safety requirements and risk assessments.
• Administration:
  Ensuring all warehouse paperwork is completed, filed and archived correctly.
• Collaboration:
  
  Responding to warehouse requests and queries from departments across the business.
• Courier Coordination:
  Liaising with couriers to ensure items are collected, shipped and tracked promptly.
• Leadership:
  Providing day-to-day support to the Warehouse Manager and deputising when required.

  Experience:
  
  Previous experience working within a warehouse environment is essential.
• Team Leadership:
  Experience supporting, mentoring or supervising colleagues within a warehouse setting.

  Confident communicating with people at all levels of the business.

  Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy and quality.

  Able to work both independently and collaboratively to meet operational targets.

• Forklift Truck experience or a willingness to undertake training.
• Knowledge of ISO
  9001 standards.
• A basic understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a warehouse environment.

• Due to our beautiful rural location, you'll need a full clean driving licence and your own vehicle .
• This is a hands-on role that includes manual handling and lifting of heavier items.
• Occasional travel may be required.
