Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are a Business Services firm that is in search of an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to add to our growing Accounting Team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be a crucial member of our accounting team, ensuring accurate and efficient management of our accounts receivable process. This position requires a detail‑oriented professional capable of managing a significant number of customer accounts and daily financial transactions with precision.

$25.00/hr - $30.00/hr

• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable position or related field
• Processing daily ACH and wire transfer data received from our banks
• Processing credit card receipts
• Process commission invoices related to cash receipts that are flagged as un-invoiced commissions
• Application of all the above cash received to client invoices
• Assist with the research and application of accumulated client credits (retainers, on‑account credits, unapplied cash credits)
• Maintain collection notes within internal collections system and follow‑up with relevant parties weekly
• Assist in maintaining the routing of internal accounts receivable reports and related invoices to appropriate employees
• Experience performing collections is a plus
• Must have experience with Corporate‑level ERP Systems (Sage, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
