• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sports management is a plus.
• Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fitness or sports environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse members.
• Passion for fitness and knowledge of mixed martial arts is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and gym management software.
