* What You Will Do:

*** Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
* Conduct inspections and identify issues using the latest diagnostic equipment.
* Work collaboratively with service advisors and team members to ensure top-quality service.
* Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
* Adhere to manufacturer and dealership standards for safety and quality.
** What We Are Looking For:
*** Automotive Technician Certification or equivalent (or currently in progress)
* Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to doing the job right.
* Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of vehicle systems.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management
* Valid driver’s license
* Dealership or independent shop experience is a plus.

The Flat Rate Earnings Range is $16.50 - $71.75.This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production and Productivity.
