Retail Account Operations Supervisor​/Manager

Reports To: Executive Vice President

Drink Tech is seeking a Retail Account Operations Supervisor or Manager to lead post-sale execution for retail, club, lifestyle brand, and specialty accounts. Once Sales secures a customer or program, this role coordinates the work needed for successful launch, accurate orders, compliant delivery, and reliable ongoing service.

The role covers vendor onboarding, item setup, program launches, purchase orders, customer requirements, fulfillment coordination, and account service.

• Coordinate customer vendor registration, portal access, required documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate item information, including SKUs, UPCs, pricing, case packs, dimensions, product descriptions, images, and packaging details.
• Build and track launch milestones for samples, specifications, artwork, approvals, production readiness, inventory, and shipping. Identify delays and coordinate solutions across teams.
• Review purchase orders for item, price, quantity, dates, shipping windows, and customer instructions. Coordinate order changes, shortages, backorders, and status updates through delivery.
• Communicate customer routing, labeling, appointment, shipping, and other fulfillment requirements to Operations and Logistics.
• Support retailer portal, EDI, ASN, on-time delivery, and other account compliance requirements. Investigate shortages, chargebacks, and recurring issues.
• Serve as a post-sale operational contact for customer planning, replenishment, logistics, and compliance teams while keeping Sales informed of material issues.
• Track launch timing, order accuracy, fill rate, backorders, compliance deductions, and issue resolution. Use the results to improve account processes.

• Supplier-side experience supporting major retail, club, or specialty accounts, such as Costco, Target, Sam's Club, Walmart, or comparable customers.
• Experience with vendor onboarding, retailer item setup, portals, EDI, ASNs, routing guides, delivery metrics, or chargebacks.
• Experience with drinkware, housewares, custom merchandise, or other consumer products.
• Experience improving processes, building SOPs or account scorecards, or leading work across teams.
• A bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, merchandising, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience is welcome.

Sales leads customer acquisition, buyer relationships, pricing, and commercial negotiations. This role leads post-award customer requirements and account execution, working with the teams responsible for physical production, inventory, and shipping.

• At least three years of experience in retail or national account operations, wholesale operations, order management, customer supply chain, or sales operations involving physical products.
• Experience managing customer purchase orders and coordinating orders through delivery.
• Strong attention to detail with item data, pricing, quantities, and deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate multiple programs and work across Sales, Product Development, Operations, Logistics, and Finance.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Excel and an ERP or order management system.
