Concierge

Every wildly-collaborative Concierge we've hired at Boeing had two things: a grip on Professionalism and zero patience for general theater. The proposition holds together — $113,000 - $176,000, 5 years, a CA base, and ownership the rest of the market rarely grants.

• Represent Boeing professionally with vendors, partners, and customers
• Chase down the root cause instead of slapping on a patch
• Read Boeing's general signals and reprioritize without being asked
• Keep CA reporting accurate enough to bet decisions on
• Own the day-to-day rhythm of general work across our Oxnard, CA operation
• Write the Time Management runbook the next hire wishes they had
• Keep Oxnard, CA stakeholders briefed without burying them in updates
• Turn a vague contract mandate into work Boeing can measure

• The diplomacy to align stakeholders who don't agree yet
• Hands-on proficiency with Multitasking, ideally paired with Cultural Awareness
• Self-direction that survives a quiet Slack channel
• A collaborator who makes the senior review feel less like an exam
• A bias toward asking the dumb question before the expensive mistake
• Sound instincts for reading a room you've never been in before

Boeing earns its keep by making general predictable, a flat-and-fast promise it has quietly kept across CA. A senior engineer and a director debate Organization ideas on equal footing in our Oxnard standups.

Beyond $113,000 - $176,000, Boeing invests in your growth, assigns you a mentor, and lets you flex hours across Oxnard, CA as you need.

This one is current, freshly dated, and very much hiring.
