Project Manager, Operations Management

On any given day, the Project Manager at NBCUniversal juggles Stakeholder Management and Initiative, and somehow makes both look deliberate. At NBCUniversal, $127,000 - $186,000 buys a manager seat, but 7 years of Stakeholder Management buys you the ownership that comes with it.

• Partner sideways with teams who rarely sit in the same room
• Keep records, systems, and shared files organized and up to date
• Push back, respectfully, when a Prioritization shortcut will cost us later
• Turn ambiguous Initiative requests into shipped, measurable outcomes
• Keep Change Management handoffs warm so Oxnard partners never feel dropped

• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated capacity to mentor or support manager teammates
• Working familiarity with full-time schedules and team norms at NBCUniversal
• Comfort navigating ambiguity when the brief arrives half-written
• Strong time-management skills and a bias toward action
• Meticulous attention to detail across every deliverable
• A CA work history, or strong reasons you'll thrive here anyway

NBCUniversal sits at the intersection of Strategic Planning and Delegation, quietly powering general workflows from its Oxnard base. We believe the best general decisions get made closest to the work, not three floors up.

You get $127,000 - $186,000, a robust benefits suite, and hands-on mentorship aimed at making you a stronger general professional.
