The Office Manager at Children's Dental Fun Zone will be responsible for all clinical and non-clinical aspects of the day-to-day operations, including leading a positive office culture, ensuring an excellent patient experience, and driving case acceptance and revenue growth.

Job Duties:

• Discuss treatment planning, treatment options, benefits, and financial arrangements with patients
• Familiar with electronic billing
• Knowledge of PPO, HMO, and Denti-cal insurance plans
• Commination well with Children and their parents
• Prepare, present, and educate patients on dental treatment plan options
• Offer patients alternate means of payment methods
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyles and Hygiene

• Customer service and sales experience
• Upbeat personality
• Knowledge of Dentrix preferred
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Motivative and ambitious to grow
• Knowledge in Treatment Planning
• Must be available to work some Saturdays
