. We are seeking Dental Assistants / Registered Dental Assistants to join our growing, team-oriented practice and work alongside our pediatric, orthodontic, and general dentists.

This role is ideal for professionals who combine technical skills, attention to detail, and a caring, child-centered approach to patient care.

• Provide compassionate care, helping children and families feel comfortable during visits

• Assist dentists with clinical procedures and tasks allowed under your practice act

• Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials

• Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment following OSHA and office protocols

• Record patient treatments and chart updates accurately

• Anticipate dentist needs and support efficient patient flow

• Educate and answer patient and parent questions about oral health and treatment

• Completion of dental assisting coursework or relevant training;
  Registered Dental Assistant license preferred

• Compliance with state dental practice requirements (X-ray, OSHA, etc.)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children, families, and team members

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced pediatric environment
