Daily Base Range: $750–$850/day
Starting Base: $750/day for new graduates

Minimum Requirement:
Current California Dental License, Active and Current with no Faults

Production Benchmark: Average Daily Production of approximately $2,500–$3,500/day

Promotion Benchmark: Sustained Average Daily Production of $3,500+/day over the prior 6 months
, together with demonstrated clinical competency, quality of care, documentation, patient experience, and adherence to Company standards.

• Diagnose, treatment plan, and provide high-quality general dentistry within the Dentist’s training, competency, and permitted scope.

• Perform comprehensive and limited exams, restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, basic extractions, emergency care, and other appropriate procedures.

• Develop complete, clinically appropriate treatment plans and clearly explain diagnoses, treatment options, risks, benefits, and alternatives to patients.

• Partner with the front-office team to support treatment acceptance, appropriate scheduling, and continuity of care while maintaining independent clinical judgment.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical notes, diagnoses, treatment plans, prescriptions, and other required documentation in Open Dental.

• Review radiographs and other diagnostic records and ensure appropriate documentation and follow‑up.

• Work efficiently with dental assistants and hygienists to maintain productive schedules, strong patient flow, and a positive patient experience.

• Appropriately identify cases requiring specialty care, consultation, or referral and coordinate care when needed.

• Participate in clinical coaching, continuing education, case review, and mentorship to expand clinical skills and procedure mix.

• Maintain all required licenses, certifications, infection‑control standards, HIPAA requirements, and Company clinical policies.
