Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group – Ventura County is seeking a Primary Care Physician (IM or FM) dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate care to our community of Ventura County.

  • Salary Range: $250, annually + productivity incentives
  • Sign on Bonus up to $125k

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• Passion for primary care with experience in preventive medicine and chronic disease management and minor office procedures
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
