Substitute Program Leaders may work at different sites throughout the region and receive their assignments based on their availability. They work directly with students, acting as positive role models, coaches, and mentors. Responsibilities include providing homework help, creating engaging environments, supporting positive behavior, and ensuring student safety.
Requirements include experience with young children, proof of high school graduation or G.E.D., 48 college semester or 60 quarter units, and ability to communicate effectively in English. Availability for at least 3 days a week is required, with program hours roughly between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Background checks and testing (Live Scan, TB test, Math and English skills) are mandatory. Think Together is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
