ELA Middle School Teacher

Santa Clara Elementary School seeks a passionate Middle School ELA teacher to join our community. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging, standards-based lessons in reading, writing, grammar, and literature, while integrating technology and fostering a supportive classroom. This role offers a chance to promote academic excellence and student growth.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• California teaching credential or current enrollment in a credentialing program (Single or Multiple Subject).
• Minimum of three years of teaching experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with educational technology, including iPads and Google Classroom, with the ability to integrate these tools into instruction.

The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
