The target annual compensation for this role is $157,500, with final compensation determined based on experience and qualifications.

• Supervise a dynamic team of Manufacturing Engineers and Technicians, providing essential leadership and technical expertise.
• Spearhead the development of cost-effective manufacturing methods while ensuring product quality and process safety.
• Act as a project manager, guiding the team in implementing innovative process improvements.
• Engage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity across the organization.
• Prepare personnel evaluations, coordinate with other departments, and maintain compliance with NADCAP processes.
• Create and maintain critical documentation, lead Root Cause and Corrective Actions (RCCA), and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
• Focus on maximizing customer serviceability and driving operational excellence; support new product developments and optimize workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• 15+ years of manufacturing experience
• Expert-level understanding of project management
• Familiarity with Oracle MRP, Smar Team, and Solid Works is preferred
• Strong language skills for effective communication and reporting
• Mathematical proficiency in probability, geometry, and statistics for data analysis and decision-making
• Ability to define project criteria and ensure successful outcomes
• Supervisory responsibility includes planning and coordinating work assignments for lower-level engineers
• Regular handling and manipulation of equipment; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Commitment to safety and quality in a dynamic work environment
