Mercury Systems is seeking a recent college graduate to join our Engineering Rotational Program, a dynamic opportunity to develop cutting‑edge technology that supports the American Warfighter. As an Electrical ERP Engineer you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to help design and create some of Mercury Systems’ most advanced technologies.

The Engineering Rotational Program (ERP) is designed to develop the next generation of technical and business leaders.

• Hands on technical and leadership development
• Exposure and work assignments across various engineering groups over the two‑year program, based on your skills and business needs
• Opportunities to collaborate with senior leaders and executive management

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering obtained within the last 12 months
• A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process
• Prior Co‑Op or internship experience
• Experience presenting technical information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
• Demonstrated initiative through academic projects, internships, or process improvements
• Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, or engineering concepts
