• Greet customers and assist with their service and repair needs.
• Clearly communicate vehicle issues, repair options, and timelines
• Prepare accurate repair orders and keep customers informed throughout the process.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience from drop-off to pick-up.

• Previous experience in a service advisor, customer service, or automotive role preferred.
• Effective communication and critical thinking skills
• A positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Basic understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance needs is a plus.
• Valid driver's license

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500.00 - $.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short‑term and / or long‑term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off individual sales, individual gross profit, and bonuses based on individual manufacturer approbability, customer pay labor per RO, and flat rate hours.
