Lead Physical Therapist/Skilled Business Development
Are you ready to lead and inspire our team of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy professionals and play an exciting part of growing our skilled business?
We’re searching for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team full-time. In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of per diem therapists. You’ll oversee Quality Assurance for PT/OT documentation, develop business opportunities, and promote Bright Star Care’s services through outreach and education.

Benefits:
- Annual Salary $90,000 to $110,000
- $300 signing bonus if qualified

Duties and Responsibilities:
Physical Therapy:
Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
Business Development:
Identify, build, and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners.
Represent the organization at community events, professional networking functions, and industry conferences.
Continuous Learning:
Share innovative treatment methods and conduct in-service teaching.
Performance Assessments:
Lead 90-day and annual evaluations for Per Diem Therapists and Occupational Therapists.
On-Call Support:
Provide 24/7 assistance as part of the on-call rotation.
Travel:
Travel within our territories for client care, business development utilizing a company vehicle
If you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, are licensed in the state of California, and have a minimum of 6 months of experience, we’d love for you to lead the way in shaping lives through rehabilitation, and growing our skilled business.
