Base pay range$78,500.00/yr - $87,900.00/yr
Location: Oxnard Corporate Office + Travel Across Districts (40%)
Work Mode: On-site
Travel Requirement: Up to 40% of the time, domestic

About the roleThe Supervisor, Human Resources - Admin leads and supports critical HR functions that ensure a compliant, engaging, and data-driven workplace. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across teams.
You’ll be responsible for supervising HR administrative operations, managing employee data, supporting employee relations, and driving engagement initiatives aligned with RAC’s culture and values. Main Responsibilities- Lead and coach a team of HR professionals supporting administrative needs across districts.
- Ensure accurate and secure employee data management in Oracle HCM.
- Oversee compliance training programs and maintain audit readiness.
- Partner with HR leadership, legal, and cross-functional teams to align HR practices with RAC’s culture.
- Support employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
- Drive employee engagement through Great Workplace initiatives and community events.
- Administer onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 3–5 years in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (Oracle HCM preferred).
- Experience in diverse cultural environments and community engagement.
- Ability to travel up to 40% across districts.
- Valid driver’s license required.
