LHH is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist with strong, hands‑on expertise in managing full‑cycle, stand‑alone payroll for a large employee population. The ideal candidate is accurate, reliable, and demonstrates career longevity, thriving in a fast‑paced, multi‑state environment.

• Process full‑cycle payroll for 500+ employees independently
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations across multiple states
• Maintain payroll records, audit data, and reconcile discrepancies
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing, reporting, and data management
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports using Excel
• Partner with internal teams to resolve payroll‑related inquiries promptly
• Support year‑end activities, including W‑2 processing
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll matters

• 4+ years of stand‑alone payroll processing experience
• ADP Workforce Now experience required
• Proven ability to process payroll for 500+ employees
