Our team leverages advanced technologies, including AI and automation, to drive efficiency, reduce complexity, and deliver timely, high-quality insights across core finance areas in controllership such as daily accounting operations, financial close and reporting.

As a Senior Manager in this practice, you'll play a key role in leading client engagements, designing scalable solutions, and driving impactful outcomesall while helping clients transform their finance operations into strategic assets.

• Lead execution of Managed Services engagements, including assessment, transition, and ongoing delivery operations.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through outsourced controllership and finance transformation efforts.
• Drive process improvements across procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report functions.
• Collaborate directly with senior client leadership to address complex accounting challenges and develop actionable solutions.
• Design and implement complex dashboards and data models to support advanced operational and financial reporting, KPI tracking, and strategic insights.
• Leverage tools to build scalable, automated solutions, demonstrating expert-level proficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Supervise and conduct detailed reviews of team deliverables to maintain high standards and support professional development.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform client strategies.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Participate in the firm's recruiting efforts, client relationship building, and business development efforts.

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, MBA, CFA are a strong plus but not required.
• 8 plus years of experience in public accounting and / or industry accounting / finance.
• Demonstrates leadership ability with a focus on mentoring team members and fostering professional growth through constructive feedback.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes and general accounting operations.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficiency in finance technologies and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for executive audiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
