As a CAD/PAD Receiving Inspector at PTI Technologies, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of ordnance devices while reporting directly to the Quality Manager. Your responsibilities will include performing inspection operations and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy. Utilizing ANSI/ANSQ Z1.4 sampling procedures, you will inspect components and assemblies for any damage or defects, diligently documenting and reporting discrepancies.

You will manage inventory by sorting, counting, packaging, and maintaining detailed logs and databases.

Engaging in various inspection processes, you will utilize specialized equipment such as pull testers and microscopes to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards. Additionally, you will ensure all inspection tools are calibrated and maintain a clean and safe work environment, embodying our commitment to excellence and safety in the aerospace industry.

To succeed as a CAD/PAD Receiving Inspector at PTI Technologies, candidates must possess a minimum of three years of receiving inspection experience, showcasing a strong foundation in quality control practices. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential for effective communication and documentation. Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary for reporting findings and collaborating with team members. Candidates should demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities, ensuring attention to detail in inspections.

A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills are crucial, as well as the capability to work effectively within a team.

Strong data entry skills and self-motivation will aid in managing tasks independently while prioritizing work to meet operational demands.
