Will be a critical part of production, working as a team to maximize productivity. Maskers work with different maskants and tools such as tape, lacquers, acetone and blades. Will support quality initiatives, which include our Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and Quality Management System. Responsible manually applying coating applications and maskant coating adhesives as indicated by work order and customer specifications. May perform tasks such as assembly, disassembly and prepping in accordance with job instructions.
Ensure even coating is applied to parts. Conduct re-work on parts failing inspection process. Perform all work in accordance with company safety regulations and maintain the highest of quality standards in the execution of all assigned work. Perform routine housekeeping of immediate work area to comply with quality and safety requirements. Other duties as assigned by management.
HS Diploma or GED. Prior production or warehouse exp. Able to follow work orders. Strong attention to detail. Must be able to work overtime on Saturdays as needed.
