Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads for our sales team
• Manage our website and digital presence, keeping content fresh and relevant
• Create compelling content including case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects through email marketing and automation
• Partner with sales to understand customer needs and create supporting marketing materials
• Track marketing performance and ROI, adjusting strategy based on results
• Lead brand consolidation efforts across all marketing touchpoints
• Coordinate with external designers, photographers, or agencies as needed

• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, print, or similar industries
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (required)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling content and marketing materials
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Understanding of lead generation and sales funnel management
• Experience in commercial printing or manufacturing a plus
