Neuro Restorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.

Our Neuro Restorative facilities located in Oxnard, CA, are fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facilities that specialize in brain, spinal cord and other life‑altering injuries and medically‑complex illnesses. We offer in‑patient treatment in a residential home‑like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post‑acute, and sub‑acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G‑ and J‑tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech‑Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

• Full‑time DAY shift
• DAY Shift: 7:00 am to 7:30 pm
• 12‑hour shifts (every shift includes 4 hours of OT)
• DT after 12th hour

• Salary Range: $28.00‑$31.00 per hour, based on experience
• Overtime pay after 8th hour (OT pay = $42.00‑$46.50 per hour)
• IV Therapy & Blood Withdrawal Certification required
• Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k w/company match, life insurance, and more!) for full‑time positions

• Week 1 days include Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday
• Week 2 days include Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday
• Repeat

• Current state LPN/LVN License
• IV Therapy & Blood Withdrawal Certification required
• Current CPR certification

• Conduct assessments, implement health care plans, and respond to changes of condition
• Communicate with the physician and external medical centers to ensure consistency of essential medical information
• Monitor and ensure physicians orders are documented and carried out as prescribed
