About the Opportunity:
Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to monitor overall quality of Ready to Eat vegetables from raw material to finished product and ensure all appropriate samples are collected and evaluated. Monitor the food safety and quality records during production. - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have general computer skills.
- Must have prior knowledge in food safety, quality control testing, safety and other related duties.
- Must be able to work overtime depending on business need.
- Must be Bi-lingual, English/Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and electronic quality management systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance, and ability to work overtime, nights and weekends if needed Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.
Starting Wage: $21.00 / Hour
