Overview
Join the Out West Restaurant Group as a Cook at our Outback Steakhouse location. Your role will involve passionately preparing, portioning, and cooking food items to Outback’s quality specifications while maintaining a safe, clean, and sanitary kitchen environment.

- Prepare a diverse menu with precision and speed
- Maintain equipment and keep the kitchen clean and organized
- Work as a team to meet preparation and delivery standards
- Adhere to safe food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation standards during the shift
- Use proper safety equipment, tools, and follow recipe specifications
- Restock kitchen and cook line as needed throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs; comfortable working in hot and cold environments
- Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties
- Vision abilities to include distance, close, color, depth, peripheral, and adjust focus as needed
