• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small team situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
• Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Retail Management Certificate.

Under direct supervision, the Tortilleria Clerk provides friendly, courteous, and helpful service. The position involves assisting customers, cleaning, filling, and rotating tortilla displays, as well as preparing various tortillas and masa for the department.
