I'm hiring for a well-established, nationally recognized brand that is expanding its footprint in the Sacramento Area. They are seeking a dynamic In-Home Sales & Design Consultant to join their team in Oxnard, CA.

• Drive sales by building relationships with homeowners, designers, and contractors
• Conduct in‑home consultations and design customized organization solutions
• Leverage your design eye and sales acumen to exceed monthly goals
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from first consult to final installation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of B2C or in‑home/outside sales experience
• Strong consultative selling skills – you know how to listen and close
• Background or passion for interior design, home improvement, or retail/home services is a plus!
• Self‑starter with a customer‑first mindset
