Service Advisor — Audi Oxnard

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a service advisor (Audi experience is a strong plus)
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and service processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer‑service skills
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Proficiency with DMS systems (CDK/ADP preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $66,000.00 to $, which includes commissions on Individual Sales, Individual Profit, and/or bonus opportunities such as Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, and Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary based on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for short‑term and/or long‑term incentive as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
