Annual compensation is between $70,000 – $85,000 and is comprised of a base hourly wage plus commission.

• Ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and build strong customer relationships.
• Check delivery vehicle daily, keep accurate records, report maintenance issues, and complete all driver logs.
• Work a flexible schedule, with early morning starts (around 3:00 a.m.) and days off on Wednesday and Sunday.
• Increase sales by expanding shelf space, creatively displaying in‑store promotions and displays, and maximizing product shelf life through proper rotation.
• Use data and marketing plans to build relationships and drive customer growth through effective communication, planning, ordering, and execution.
• Service accounts during designated service windows, including non‑traditional business hours.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a DSD (Direct Store Delivery) environment.
• Prior experience as a delivery driver is beneficial for adapting to the demands of this role.

• Sales experience.
• Delivery driver experience.
• High school diploma or GED.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Have had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record.
• Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines.
• Must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV.
• Must execute the best practices of RSR training (after 4‑week company pay‑trained).
• Must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
