Position: Leasing Agent

Oxnard & Santa Clarita, CA (This position is not hybrid or remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leasing Agent to oversee and optimize the operational performance of our residential property in Oxnard, CA. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record, driving operational efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with tenants, staff, and vendors.

• Schedule and lead in-person tours for prospective tenants.
• Negotiate new leases and renewals that meet or exceed sales targets.
• Follow up with prospects through closing.
• Perform credit checks.
• Participate in the preparation of lease documents.
• Assisting Managers with other sales activities as required.
• Serve as key point of contact for all inbound leasing inquiries for Bread & Salt Hospitality locations in Los Angeles.
• Prospect sales opportunities via telephone, up to 50 calls per day, to schedule meetings with prospects.
• Maintain CRM database.
• Perform sales discovery via scheduled phone meetings, advancing qualified prospects to on site tours .
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and referrals by maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
• Identify prospective tenants by integrating yourself into the communities. Participate in Multi-Family organizations as a representative of Bread and Salt Hospitality.

• Two (2) years minimum of leasing or specialty leasing experience is required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of Yardi experience required.
• High School Diploma, required.
• Strong sales and negotiating skills.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation with valid insurance.
