Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician role at Western National Property Management. The position covers daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and asset preservation to ensure a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

• Perform maintenance tasks across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, drywall, masonry, and appliance repair and installation.
• Complete routine daily maintenance and respond promptly to urgent repairs and emergencies.
• Assist with unit turnovers and ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with residents and property staff.
• Maintain documentation of repairs and upkeep and follow asset preservation objectives.

• Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork.
• Good communication skills; ability to interact with residents and teammates.
• Basic computer familiarity (e.g., Microsoft Outlook).
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree is a plus.

• Salary: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on experience.
• Sign-on bonus: $1,000 (payment terms apply); additional bonus opportunities available.
