We are seeking 3 experienced Solar Installation Technicians to assist with the installation of a new solar energy system at a farm in Oxnard, California.
Compensation & Benefits- Pay:
Up to $32.00/hour, BOE. - Hours:
50 hours per week. - Overtime: 10 hours per week anticipated; overtime paid in accordance with applicable California labor laws.
- Hotel:
Hotel room provided for the duration of the assignment. - Project Length:
Approximately 2 months.
- Candidates must have previous hands-on solar installation experience and be comfortable working in a construction environment.
- Experience with solar panel installation and mounting systems.
- Familiarity with solar installation tools and equipment.
- Must be available for the entire 2-month project.
- Hard hat
- Safety glasses
- High-visibility safety vest
- Work gloves
- Steel-toe or safety-toe work boots
- Fall protection equipment, as required for the work
