Job Title: Forklift Operator – Double Forks (Cold Storage/Warehouse)

Location: Oxnard, CA

Schedule: Full-time | [1st Shift

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator with Double Forks experience to join our warehouse team. The Forklift Operator will be responsible for safely loading and unloading cargo
, moving, stacking, and organizing pallets using a double-fork (tandem) forklift in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate sit-down forklift with double forks to move multiple pallets at once.
• Load and unload cargo from trailers, containers, and staging areas.
• Transport product to and from production lines, storage racks, and shipping areas.
• Stack and unstack pallets while maintaining product integrity and load stability.
• Perform pallet put-away, replenishment, and order pulling according to work orders.
• Verify pallet counts, product codes, and lot numbers to ensure accuracy.
• Follow all safety procedures
  , speed limits, and traffic rules inside the facility.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues or damage immediately.

• Ability to operate safely in narrow aisles, high racking, and busy dock areas.
• Comfortable working in a cold storage
• Able to lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math/reading skills for labels and paperwork.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work overtime or weekends as needed.
