Route Driver – Canteen

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time VENDING ROUTE DRIVER position at Canteen, 121 Bernoulli Circle, Oxnard, CA 93030. Online applications only.

Schedule:

Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Pay: $21.00–$25.00 per hour. Commission eligibility possible. Internal employee referral bonus available.

The Route Driver operates company vehicle along established route, delivering vending products, maintaining equipment, and serving as the company’s front‑line representative. Provides excellent customer service and builds relationships with clients.

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Perform product rotation to ensure freshness at client locations.
• Provide customer satisfaction; inform clients of new products/services and resolve complaints.
• Set up displays and issue sales promotion materials.
• Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, and cash transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid Non‑CDL Class C driver’s license.
• Preferred 1–2 years experience in a customer service position.
• Proficient with handheld computer (training provided).
• Able to lift 50 lbs consistently.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment.
• Work independently; responsible for route, unsupervised 98% of time.
