THE JOB:As a Parking Ambassador at MGM National Harbor, you will be an essential member of our customer-focused team, welcoming guests to the property. Your attentive approach to customer needs will create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Join us in delivering exceptional service and enhancing the overall guest experience!
THE STARTING RATE:$15.35
THE DAY-TO-DAY:- Greet guests upon arrival, open doors as appropriate and assist arriving guests with inquiries and assist them with transportation needs
- Assist employees within the Bell stand and Valet department.
- Contact appropriate supervisor on guest related complaints.
- Obtain and maintain knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Six months of customer service experience
- Experience working in a large, luxury resort setting

The rate for this role is:
$15.35
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
